Everything included

One system, every part of the practice

No add-on modules and nothing held back for a higher tier. Every clinic gets the whole app.

  • Appointments

A day view for today's floor and a month view for planning ahead. Every booking is assigned to a specific staff member, so nobody gets double-booked.

    • Day & month calendar
    • Staff assignment
    • Vet / grooming split
  • Patients & owners

Every pet linked to its owner, with breed, birthday, and full visit history. Archive a pet instead of deleting it — the record stays intact.

    • Owner ↔ pet linking
    • Visit history
    • Archive, never lose data
  • Vaccination records

Log every shot with the date given and the date due. The next due vaccine surfaces on the patient record instead of living in someone's memory.

    • Dose log
    • Due dates
    • Per-pet history
  • Billing & receipts

Build an invoice as a draft, review it, then mark it paid. VAT is computed on the server and official receipt numbers are issued in strict sequence.

    • Draft → paid flow
    • VAT handling
    • Sequential OR numbers
  • Inventory

Stock-tracked products with an append-only movement ledger. Finalising an invoice draws down stock automatically — billing and inventory never disagree.

    • Movement ledger
    • Auto stock drawdown
    • Low-stock visibility
  • Dashboard

Today's schedule, recent activity, and a searchable directory of every client and patient on one screen — the first thing the front desk opens each morning.

    • Today at a glance
    • Client directory
    • Instant search
  • Staff roles & access

Owner, veterinarian, groomer, and front desk each see only what their job needs. A groomer never sees medical records or money; access is enforced on the server.

    • Four built-in roles
    • Working hours
    • Server-side enforcement
  • Many branches, one account

Run every branch from a single account. Each one keeps its own patients, catalogue, stock, VAT settings, and receipt sequence, and staff switch between the branches they are assigned to from the header.

    • One login, all branches
    • Separate records per branch
    • Per-branch staff roles
  • Works on any device, even offline

Runs in the browser on the reception PC, a consult-room laptop, or a phone at the kennels — and installs to the home screen like an app if you want it there. When the connection drops you can carry on booking appointments, adding patients, and drafting invoices; everything is saved on the device and syncs back once you are online again.

    • Desktop & mobile
    • Installable app (PWA)
    • Syncs when back online
  • Configurable per clinic

Your service catalogue, your prices, your custom patient fields per species. A pure-vet practice and a vet+grooming practice run the same app, configured differently.

    • Service catalogue
    • Custom pet fields
    • Clinic profile & logo
  • Custom patient fields

Track what actually matters for each species — coat type for dogs, cage number for exotics — without waiting on a developer to add a column.

    • Per-species fields
    • Owner-defined
    • No code required
  • Your data stays yours

Every record is scoped to your clinic and every request is re-checked against the signed-in user's live role. Deactivate a staff account and access stops immediately.

    • Clinic-scoped data
    • Live permission checks
    • Hashed passwords
  • Light and dark mode

A bright interface for the front desk and a dark one for late shifts, both tuned for readability rather than one being an afterthought.

    • Tuned separately
    • System-aware
    • Easy on night shifts

Why switch

The notebook works — until it doesn't

Paper and spreadsheets get a clinic surprisingly far. Here is what changes on the day they stop keeping up.

  • Finding a pet's history

Manual: Dig through a filing cabinet or scroll a shared spreadsheet while the owner waits.

PawOps: Type the pet or owner's name and the full record opens in seconds.

  • Booking without clashes

Manual: A whiteboard or paper diary where two people can write the same 2 PM slot.

PawOps: A calendar with the assigned staff member on every booking, so clashes are visible before they happen.

  • Issuing receipts

Manual: Hand-written receipts, totals worked out on a calculator, and OR numbers that get skipped or reused.

PawOps: Totals and VAT computed by the system, receipt numbers issued in strict sequence, every invoice retrievable.

  • Knowing what's in stock

Manual: Count the shelf at month-end and discover you ran out of a vaccine three weeks ago.

PawOps: Stock drops the moment an invoice is paid, with a movement ledger showing exactly what changed and when.

  • Vaccine follow-ups

Manual: Depends on whoever remembers to flip back through the notebook.

PawOps: Due dates recorded on the pet's record and surfaced with the patient, every visit.

  • Controlling who sees what

Manual: Anyone who can open the cabinet or the shared file can read everything, including prices and medical notes.

PawOps: Roles decide access. A groomer sees grooming work; medical records and billing stay closed to them.

  • Month-end numbers

Manual: Hours of tallying receipts by hand, and the total is only as good as the arithmetic.

PawOps: Invoices, payments, and stock movements are already recorded — the numbers are there when you want them.

  • If something goes wrong

Manual: One flood, fire, or missing folder and the record is gone for good.

PawOps: Records live in a database that can be backed up, with archived patients still recoverable.

Built for the whole team

Everyone sees their job, and only their job

Access is decided by role and checked on every request — not hidden behind a menu that a curious click can get around.

  • Owner

Everything, plus clinic settings: services and prices, staff accounts, working hours, and patient fields.

  • Veterinarian

Clinical records, appointments, billing, and inventory — the full floor, without clinic configuration.

  • Front desk

Books appointments, takes payment, and looks up patients. No medical records, no stock adjustments.

  • Groomer

Grooming appointments and basic pet details only. Medical history and money stay out of reach.

Questions

Before you ask

What do we get during the 14-day trial?

The whole app, exactly as a paying clinic sees it — appointments, patients, vaccinations, billing, and inventory, with your own staff accounts. No card is required to start, and nothing is switched off during the trial.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

It stays yours. Cancel any time from your clinic settings and we will export your clients, patients, appointments, and invoices for you before the account closes. Nothing is deleted without your say-so.

Is the price per clinic or per staff member?

Per clinic. Add as many staff accounts, patients, and invoices as you need at no extra cost — the subscription does not change as your team grows.

We only do veterinary work, no grooming. Does that fit?

It does. The app is configured per clinic rather than rebuilt per clinic — a pure-vet practice simply has no grooming services in its catalogue and no groomer role assigned. There is one plan either way, so you are not paying for a grooming tier you will never use.

Can we move our existing records in?

Yes. Setup includes help importing your current client, patient, and service lists so you are not re-typing years of paperwork on day one.

What happens to a pet record when a patient passes or leaves?

Records are archived, not deleted. The history stays intact and retrievable, it just stops appearing in your active patient list.

Do we need special hardware?

No. It runs in a modern browser, so the reception PC, a consult-room laptop, and a phone all work. There is no software to buy or roll out — if you want it beside your other apps, each device can add it to the home screen in a couple of taps, but that is optional.

What happens if our internet goes down?

You keep working. Appointments, patient records, and invoice drafts are stored on the device as well as on the server, so the day carries on and everything syncs back automatically once the connection returns. A few things do need to be online — taking payment on an invoice, since receipt numbers and stock have to be issued by the server, and clinic settings.

How is staff access controlled?

Each staff member is assigned a role, and roles decide what they can open. The check happens on the server against their current role, so demoting or deactivating someone takes effect immediately.
